You can get here easy-peasy, as we’re just 10mins tea from Esher Station. This means you’ll be able to quickly transport yourself to Central London to explore the city within just 30 minutes. With Heathrow Airport only a 20 minute drive away, Hampton Court Palace on our doorstep, and if horses are your thing, Sandown Race Course minutes away; we have something for everyone who wants to explore Esher.

Our dog-friendly bedrooms provide everything you need to keep tails wagging this summer. Complete with their own doggy bed or blanket, bowl and tasty treats, plus a selection of scenic walks at Esher Common just a bones throw away, there’s no need to leave anyone behind this holiday. Up to two pooches can stay with you, where available, for an additional £15 per night per room.

A weekend break, or a midweek escape is perfect. If you’re here for a proper holiday, you’ll have a great time (we promise), as there’s just so much to see and do in Esher.

What are the best things to do in Esher?

There’s loads. Enjoy the best of Esher with our famous Sandown Race days (we’re right by Sandown Park Racecourse) or venture a little further out to Hampton Court Palace for a spot of history.

And we love to share personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here. We’re a friendly bunch.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our pub (she’s a real beauty) to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple.

Check-out (after a lovely brekkie) is by 11am.

What time is breakfast?

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in). If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you fancy joining us, walk-ins are very welcome.

Do you have any family-friendly bedrooms?

Our Boutique Twin rooms are family-friendly. All have space for cots for the little ones.

Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Can I bring my dog to stay?

All our rooms are dog-friendly. Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a super-comfy doggy bed, blanket and tasty tail-wagging treats.

Can I cancel my booking?

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. This includes changes to your package, room and extras (as long as it’s available). The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-amendable.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?

Of course. When booking online, you have the option to send an invoice in step 2. Missed this step? Not to worry, just ask at Reception and the team will email you a copy. Checked out already? Pop us an email and we’ll send one right over.
